The magic words "Prestige repeat client"
"Everything went like clockwork. I don't suppose there is anything you can do about Leeds Bradford weather but flights were dead on time. When we checked into the Princess Yaiza, we found ourselves upgraded to a Junior Suite - a perfect room for us with 180° exposure to sun. Did the magic words "repeat Prestige client" have anything to do with it? Maybe - I'll give you the benefit. Another excellent holiday."

"We loved the Tecina Hotel. We had to change our room as we hadn't realised the climbing involved to reception. They gave us another really nice one when i explained my husband has breathing problems. Nick, the Representive, was excellent. Most efficient and all went like clockwork!"
