The Hotel has a total of 385 rooms and suites. The twin rooms are spacious and furnished to a high standard with wood, attractive textiles and modern bathrooms. Twin rooms have a smaller sitting area than the Junior Suites whilst the Suites have a separate sitting room, bath and a walk-in shower. All rooms have satellite TV, free Wi-fi, mini-bar (charge), kettle, pillow and duvet menu, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, air-conditioning and terrace or balcony. Extra beds are sofabeds 1.7m long. Views are of the gardens, side seaview, pool view or full seaview (photo) at a supplement.

Family Suites and Royal Kiko Family Suites

There are 55 suites here, each one with ample space for two adults and two or three children (3rd child on a sofabed), although up to four adults and one child would also be comfortable. The main bedroom is ensuite, whilst the second bedroom has use of a separate shower room and wc. The sitting room includes a 1.7m sofabed.

The Royal Kiko Family Suites will accommodate all three children in the second bedroom and have a Playstation, DVD and include other little extras, such as a baby or children’s kit. Book a spa treatment or dinner at Isla de Lobos and receive two free hours baby-sitting, please ask for details.

This annexe building is air-conditioned and every suite has a fridge, kettle, satellite TV, a free safe, free Wi-fi, bathrobes and slippers for adults, pool towels and a hairdryer. Each balcony or terrace looks over the pool and gardens.


Dining here is flexible, with up to three buffet restaurants available to standard half board guests: International food, buffet and show cooking style is offered for breakfast and dinner in the Yaiza; the Italian, La Piazzetta, and the Mexican, La Hacienda (open on varying nights). There are also four à la carte restaurants (reservations required) the Japanese ‘Kampai’, the Italian `Don Giovanni’, the Spanish ‘+ Tapas’ and the gourmet ‘Isla de Lobos’, all available for guests on the Deluxe half board meal plan at a higher supplement (including the other three half board restaurants) and also includes free drinks in your mini-bar and tea & coffee making facilities in your room. Some restaurants may close in quieter periods and gentlemen are required to wear long trousers for dinner. 24-hour room service is of course available. Flexi-dining plan available, book 3 nights standard half board and 4 nights B&B per 7 nights.

Lunch and poolside drinks are served at El Chiringuito and there are two bars with charmingly different atmospheres. The Princesa Yaiza Plaza, often with live music at 4 Lunas lounge bar, is a precinct where you will find restaurants together with an ice cream parlour. Set back from the promenade the Plaza is open for non-residents too.

Leisure Facilities & Spa

There are two swimming pools, one seawater and one heatable freshwater, two Jacuzzis, plus a children’s pool. Sports include two floodlit tennis courts, volleyball, paddle court, table tennis, snooker and a free gym, spinning, aerobics and Zumba classes and sauna. There is a super Thalasso Centre for a wide range of beauty and health treatments and an indoor treatments pool with jets. Preferential rates at Lanzarote Golf for guests staying at the hotel.


Princesa Yaiza is ideal for couples. The adult only Superior Relax rooms offer every comfort in a more relaxed atmosphere, with daily access to the Thalasso spa and a gourmet breakfast. Couples can enjoy many hotel facilities including a choice of fine dining, live music and cocktails at 4 Lunas lounge bar. Princesa Yaiza offers a selection of shops within the hotel and good service and so is very popular.


Kikoland offers children’s entertainment for groups of three to five years, six to eight years and nine to twelve years and teenagers activities are also available. There are three swimming pools, a mini-disco and children’s shows. Obviously, the success of Kikoland depends on the number of children attending. This facility is at Princesa Yaiza and the beach is just in front. There is also a bar here for snacks and drinks. There is also 'Baby Kikoland' which is designed for the benefit and care of babies from four months to three years of age (charge). This service is in demand by our guests, who can leave their youngest children with qualified staff as they enjoy their holidays at the hotel.
