services. Small marina in front of the hotel. Couple of independently owned bars and restaurants there. One of the best addresses near Split. Superb views to the islands of Brac and Solta. Free Wi-fi in rooms.

Rooms 

381 air-conditioned, spacious rooms. Located in four buildings, nine floors. Bedrooms have twin or king-size beds. All have balcony. Three types of rooms: classic, superior and deluxe. Views include full seaview, seaside, and park-inland side. Beautifully appointed bathrooms with bath and shower. Superior rooms are like junior suites with separate lounge area (two TV’s). They also have huge balconies. Deluxe rooms are larger than superior and some have a bigger bathroom with bath and shower and separate, spacious walk-in shower. Big balconies here too. Wardrobe styles vary, some are walk-in and others normal style. Rooms have satellite TV, safe, mini-bar and hairdryer. Tea and coffee making facilities on request (must be requested at time of booking). Beautiful, cool decoration. Quality furnishings. All rooms have iron and board. All have robes and slippers.

Living 

Spalatum restaurant (Spalatum was Roman name for Split). Fabulous, huge outdoor terrace. Breakfast and half board dinner served buffet style. Differing themes each evening. Think Asian, Dalmatian, Italian and seafood. If low occupancy season, set three course menu offered. À la carte section of restaurant. Evening entertainment sometimes, June-September. Sunken Champagne Bar. Sumptuous seating indoors here. Outside big terrace with breathtaking views over the Adriatic and islands. Occasional guitarist or pianist there. Art Café serves snacks and cakes. Displays of works by local artists. Re-fresh pool bar for drinks and snacks. Seven Palms Grill and bar on the beach. A traditional Dalmatian tavern. À la carte, local Dalmatian cuisine, evenings
only. Opened in 1973. Unchanged since then. Fishing nets, dark wood, beams, stone walls, open kitchen. Fabulous.

Several shops including fashion boutique. Rent-a-boat at the marina. Hotel shuttle bus to Split. Departs hourly. Cost approx. 40 Kuna one way. Car park.

Few paces to lovely private pebble beach. Also free sunbeds. Watersports here. Re-Cupera Spa is massive and was completely renovated in 2017. Over two floors. Large indoor pool with jets. Huge gym overlooking the Adriatic. Many treatment rooms. Two are outdoors situated in a small wood. Wide choice of massage and rituals including Gold treatment. Finnish saunas and Turkish steam room. Heated relaxation beds. Hairdresser.
