Rooms

206 air-conditioned spacious rooms. All with balcony. Standard and Superior rooms. All twin rooms. These are two large twin beds that can be presented together or separately. Please request when booking. Some superior rooms have extra double sofabed for two. Views are both inland and seaside. Some higher floor seaside rooms, have fabulous views (can request, not guaranteed). Safe, mini-bar, satellite TV and hairdryer. Standard rooms have bath with shower and superior rooms have a bath and separate walk-in shower. A few also have additional, separate walk-in shower.

Free Wi-fi and throughout hotel. Polished wood floor and stylish, contemporary décor.

Living

Main restaurant for buffet breakfast and half board dinner with terrace for alfresco dining offering gorgeous sea views. Buffets are extensive and use local produce where possible. Wide choice of hot and cold starters, Mediterranean corner (salads), usually five main dish choices plus fresh pasta. Most days there is a “carving station” featuring English style roasts. Café has pretty terrace full of trees very close to the beach. New à la carte restaurant serves Mediterranean cuising and premium steaks. Half board is not available all season.

Outdoor pool has distinct wall design using local stone. Stylish pool terrace and pool bar. Large indoor pool with unique cave area. Light changing therapy in the cave.  Sunbeds are free, pool towels cost around 60 pence for day’s hire. Small children’s pool. Aqua-aerobics are part of animation programme. Right on the waterfront. Only coastal pedestrian promenade. No cars here. Three superb beaches, two small white pebbles, one paved. All fringed with pines that come right down to the beach. Sunbeds on beach (not hotel operated. Charge applies). From June to September beach sports include pedalo hire and parasailing. Extensive Spa centre. Finnish sauna and Turkish steam room (charge applies). Wide massage menu including local herbs and oils. New gym faces the sea.  Small yoga terrace. Hairdresser. Souvenir shop. Frere Wi-fi.

Live music at least three evenings a week (usually mid May to late September). New wine bar-cellar with an assortment of awarded Stina wines. Adults and children’s entertainment programme. Just three minutes walk to the centre of Brela. Around 20 minutes to Baska Voda, adjoining resort.

Stunning location. Highly sought after hotel. Best for couples in May, June, September and October. Book early, this hotel is a personal favourite of our Croatia expert!
