Prestige Holidays seeks an experienced Reservations Sales Consultant to work in their Ringwood Head Office.

This is predominantly a telephone sales business to business role creating bespoke holiday itineraries to a variety of Mediterranean and Adriatic destinations together with UK domestic Islands and resorts. The company operates a Travel Lounge onsite for clients choosing to book with us direct and you would be required to work in the lounge on a rotational basis.

This is a full time role 37.5 hours per week with additional rostered Saturday working (time off in lieu)
All team members are required to be flexible to work overtime to cover our late opening evenings (until 18.30) and seasonal (ordinarily January-March) Sunday opening on a rotational basis.

Prestige Holidays is currently celebrating it’s 30th Anniversary and in addition to the above also operates a substantial programme of holidays and tours to Canada, small group escorted cultural and ‘Off the beaten track’ tours throughout the world and new for this year, holidays and tours to Australia and New Zealand.

Previous Travel Trade industry experience is essential, tour operating and Galileo experience would be preferable. Candidates with a working knowledge of Australia and or New Zealand would also be advantaged. A competitive salary is offered dependent on specific experience and an incentive bonus scheme operates for the sales team.

Prestige Holidays seeks an After Sales Advisor to work in their Ringwood Head Office.


This role is based in our After Sales Department supporting our Sales teams and will involve: Supporting the Mainline Reservations and Specialist Sales department and dealing with post booking queries. Solving any problems and queries that may arise. Raising Invoices and issuing clients documentation. Handling incoming calls and emails from clients and agents. Dealing with customer amendments and cancellations. Running and managing reports. Arranging daily mail for collection. Providing excellent customer service throughout.
