Business Development Executive - South East

Prestige Holidays are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fantastic sales team. You need to have a sparkling personality, a real zest for life and passion for the industry.

You may not already have the on-the-road experience but we are happy to help! We will offer comprehensive training. More than anything, we are looking for someone who is driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated & passionate about presenting and selling to travel agents. No shrinking violets for us!

You have to be flexible & hard-working. Be prepared for early mornings, late nights & working weekends as well as living out of a suitcase (sometimes). However, the rewards are monumental with travelling to our destinations, staying in luxury hotels, making amazing contacts and friends and having an enjoyable time.

This fantastic opportunity will involve increasing brand and product awareness along with agent visits and training. You will be based out on the road and excellent sales and relationship building skills are key. This role is perfect for someone looking for a new challenge within an ever growing specialist Tour Operator.


- Identify new business opportunities using the current database
- Support Head of UK Commercial & BDM (South-West) to ensure all sales campaigns are planned, delivered and completed in specified time frames
- Grow Sales in line with company budgets and targets
- Promote products to existing and new trade clients
- Attend meetings, training sessions, webinars and perform follow up duties as required
- Provide weekly reports on market feedback and attend regular sales meetings


- To be driven and have an understanding of the travel industry
- Ability to deliver training to retail agents
- Competitor analysis and drive sales through planning and following up sales campaigns
- Able to work from home and cover a large geographical area which will include overnight stays
- Must hold a full UK driver's licence

You will complete training not only with our on-the-road sales team but also within our Head Office.
