Europe's leading golf destination.

algarve 200x240In addition to its status as a prime European golfing destination, Portugal’s southern coast is famous and much-loved for its beautiful beaches.

Our portfolio of properties only includes selected hotels in areas that still reflect the traditional hospitality and charm for which this lovely region has always been known.

The beaches are outstanding and the welcome from the locals is as warm and genuine as you could ever experience. Dining out is invariably a joy, with fresh-caught seafood often dominating the menu. Away from the busy resorts, smaller restaurants offer excellent value and a taste of that famous hospitality.

Golf and more…

For many people, holidays in the Algarve are synonymous with golf and, blessed with over 3,000 hours of sun annually, it has stamped itself a well-deserved place as a European golfing hotspot. We've selected some of the best hotels in the area for golfers, and most have their own courses complete with golf professionals if you need some help with your game. There are some excellent golfing offers, including discounted green fees, so please just ask us for more information. In addition to golf, deep-sea fishing, tennis, horse riding, water sports and walking are all very popular activities here.

Our selection includes…

We offer accommodation for the most memorable Algarve holidays at the exclusive and luxurious private resort of Vale do Lobo and the lush, landscaped setting of Quinta do Lago. These unspoilt resorts are nestled within a picturesque setting, with verdant pine forests leading down to pristine white sand beaches. For those looking for a little more entertainment, Vilamoura, with its vibrant marina, offers a wide choice of dining, nightlife and shopping opportunities. Heading north, the neighbouring rural Alentejo offers a very different experience, best explored with a hire car or on an organised excursion.

We offer the very popular Holiday Inn, in Armaçäo de Pêra, which is a traditional hotel in a lovely location and very popular with British guests.

Car hire in the Algarve

Car hire is almost a necessity if you want to explore a little further afield, but try to avoid the larger towns, as they can be quite busy. The motorway extends along most of the coast and offers easy access to the area's hotspots, but the quieter country roads are safer and much more relaxing.
