Each trip has been better

This was the third time you have arranged for us to stay at La Gazelle d’Or and each trip has been better than the previous year.  Thank you.

The hotel has a good atmosphere

Hotel: Les Jardins de la Medina good atmosphere, helpful, attentive, available service.  Offered a continental breakfast at 4.30am prior to early flight departure!  Where would one get that in the UK?

Our rep was very helpful

Our rep, Jean Ortega Flood, was very helpful again and couldn't do enough for us. She really is first class, we now regard her as a friend!

Our third holiday with Prestige

We are most impressed with the standard of service provided, always efficient, friendly and personal. A small example – our flight schedules were changed a few days before departure, we were rung up and informed personally as well as the letter in the post.  I asked your caller about dress code in our hotel restaurants she said that she was Admin and hence didn’t know but would pass the query to a colleague (it was 5pm in the afternoon).  At 9.45am next morning her colleague rang us with the answer.  We have recommended you to others who have been equally satisfied.

We look forward to going with you again next year.

This was our 15th visit to the same hotel in Madeira!! Your representative Isobel Borges was as efficient and charming as ever. We much appreciated your gifts of wine and flowers. Many thanks.

The rep in Gran Canaria was excellent and most helpful - enough to make me feel that your company is the only one I'd like to travel with again.

Congratulations to Prestige and in particular to Ann (Reservations), to whom I have already spoken, for such super efficiency in dealing with this last minute booking.

We had a lovely time and feel so much better for our break although the arctic like conditions on our return came as a big shock to the system!
