Contemporary in style with traditional 5 star service

This hotel is a sister property to the lovely Jardines de Nivaria and represents the same high quality of standards and service. Located on the waters edge in the small purpose built resort of Playa Paraiso the Roca Nivaria will appeal to those who wish to be away from the busier resorts of Tenerife South but with easy access to those areas.

The hotel has a minimalist design and a spacious atmosphere but also manages to combine some traditional aspects too. The main building has the reception with free Wi-fi access and public areas with guest rooms and suites located in the wings on either side.

LEISURE FACILITIES

The extensive grounds have lovely sub-tropical gardens and two swimming pools with views to the sea, one heated seawater and one freshwater, plus a heated children’s pool and a whirlpool. A purpose built beach has been added for guests of Roca Nivaria accessed by a lift, on the beach you will find sunbeds and umbrellas (at a charge).

ACCOMMODATION

Guest rooms here are spacious and delightfully decorated with views either of the pool or gardens, or seaviews. There are Standard and larger Superior twin rooms, all have bathrooms with separate showers, bathrobes, slippers and hairdryer, satellite TV, free Wi-fi, air-conditioning, free safe, mini-bar and balcony. Junior Suites or Superior Suites are even more comfortable and have a separate sitting room. The two bedroom, two bathroom Presidential and Royal Suites are spacious and offer that extra touch of luxury. Inter-connecting rooms are also available.

DINING

The main restaurant offers International buffet dining with some show cooking, this is where guests have breakfast and half board dinner. There is also an Italian and a Spanish restaurant where All-inclusive guests can also dine once per stay. The pool restaurant serves buffet or à la carte lunch. The bars and terraces are great places for a pre or post dinner drink.

FAMILIES AT ROCA NIVARIA

Children are made very welcome at the Roca Nivaria. The Junior Suites and Suites will accommodate two adults and two children very comfortably making them ideal for families. The hotel also offers a children’s club for infants from ten months to children up to twelve years old, open mornings and afternoons six days a week, which includes a small pool. SPORTS & SPA

For the active guest there are two tennis courts, a paddle tennis court, beach volleyball, archery and a well equipped fitness centre. Giant chess can be fun too. Unusually the hotel has an amphitheatre where occasional evening entertainment is organised. The hotels Spa, Azules de Nivaria, provides a wonderful opportunity to relax, to recharge, to indulge! With some spectacular views to the sea, the spa has 11 treatment rooms with a wide selection of treatments, a Turkish bath, a sauna, Jacuzzi and a lovely indoor seawater pool. There is a couples room also available.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet area and although the resort outside the hotel may not have a great deal to offer, Roca Nivaria do operate a shuttle bus several times each day to its sister hotel Jardines de Nivaria in Fañabe, ten minutes away, for those wishing to shop or just have a change of scene.
