Situated in the quieter resort of Fañabe, on the Costa Adeje, the Jardines de Nivaria is a charming hotel with all the facilities one would expect of a five star property.

Your first impression on entering the hotel is a feeling of spaciousness; this is enhanced by the unusual handmade glass dome in the roof of the main building. Here you will find a bar, the Solandra restaurant, La Cupula à la carte restaurant, a piano bar, nightclub, TV and video lounge as well as a hairdresser, boutiques and shops. Guests have free internet access in reception. Wi-Fi Internet access is at a charge.

Set amidst lush gardens is the lovely swimming pool area which has two pools (one heated salt water and one fresh water), a jacuzzi and a heated children’s pool. There is direct access to the beach where water sports are usually available.

Water sports, tennis, free use of bicycles and golf can be arranged

A good choice of sports facilities include a tennis court, table tennis, a children’s playground, squash, billiards, fitness centre, putting green and free use of bicycles. The hotel would be delighted to organize golf at most of the island’s courses.

The Aequor Spa and beauty centre offers a Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, water jet, hydro-massage Biarritz bath and Vichy shower. A wide range of beauty treatments and massages are available. Please let us advise you.

Entertainment includes live music every evening and international shows most nights.

Breakfast is buffet style and is particularly good as the hotel bakes all its own pastries. Lunch can be taken at the poolside and Half Board dinner is buffet with show cooking in the restaurant Solandra, main courses can be waiter served if requested. Themed buffets with folklore are included on half board. The Gala dinner on 31 Dec is included in our prices. A la carte dining is also offered at the La Cupula or La Cascada by the pool for dinner, both offer half board guests a credit of €15.

Jardines de Nivaria has 175 twin rooms, 61 junior suites, 20 suites and 12 superior suites. All these lovely rooms are very well furnished and are housed in five separate buildings built Canarian style around the central pool area. Due to the style of the property not all sea view rooms are full sea view and ground floor rooms look directly at the lush plants in the gardens.

The large junior suites have a lounge area with either garden, pool or sea view, whilst the sea view suites have a separate lounge. For added comfort the superior suites are stylishly furnished and offer a larger bathroom with Jacuzzi or hydro-massage shower. For families the hotel also has 2 two bedroom family suites.

Room facilities include mini-bar, flat screen Satellite TV, free safe, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, 24 hour room service and individual air-conditioning. Single rooms are twin rooms for sole use. Interconnecting rooms and disabled rooms are available.
