The very spacious bedrooms include a majority of rooms with a double bed, a smaller number of twin bedded rooms, and 24 suites with a separate lounge and a hydro massage bath and new for 2011 are the Superior Family Rooms with two seperate sleeping areas and can accommodate a family of 4 very easily. Each bedroom has either a garden ocean view (lower floor rooms) or direct ocean views with a balcony. Rooms include air-conditioning, a free safe, tea & coffee facilities, cable LCD TV with video on demand, Wi-fi, mini-bar, trouser press, and bathrobes. Room service is naturally around the clock.

LEISURE FACILITIES & SPA

To burn off calories is easy at the CS Madeira Atlantic Resort & Sea Spa! An indoor/outdoor freshwater pool and 2 seawater outdoor pools (one heated) at sea level, direct sea access, plus outdoor children’s pools, will compete for your time. The gym, tennis and squash courts and seasonal windsurfing are some of the sports facilities on offer. Golfers can choose from specially prepared packages, please ask for details.

FAMILIES

Children aged from 4-12 years are well catered for at the Kids Planet with trained staff to supervise. The basic programme is free, please check with us to be sure of dates. Good discounts for children sharing parents room and even a discount for children in a second room, please ask for a quote.

DINING

The Garden restaurant serves buffet breakfast, buffet or table d’hote dinner and also offers an à la carte menu. The Silver lounge offers a range of light snacks during the day.  On the pool deck at sea level the Ocean restaurant will serve a lunch of grilled fresh fish. The Velvet Piano bar is open daily. Snacks are also available in the Irish Bar O'Briens in the evenings with occasional live music.
