The hotel stands in over 20 acres of grounds of olive trees, fruit trees and gardens in a peaceful rustic location 2 1/2 kms from the town of Salo. Peaceful and relaxing in its ambience, the Villa has been beautifully created from a 17th Century monastery. Good taste and simple classic design provide a perfect ambience in which to relax or explore the activities and natural beauty of the area.

ACCOMMODATION

With just 18 rooms in total, there are 14 double rooms (2 with a terrace), 3 larger junior suites and one suite. The décor is cool and stylish with neutral colours and natural stone much in evidence. Views are of the lake, the pool or the gardens. Guest rooms are non smoking and have internet connection, plasma televisions, a mini-bar, a safe and air-conditioning. Bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer are also provided for your additional comfort. All bathrooms have a shower, no bath.

DINING

Breakfast is served in the restaurant, on the terrace or on the lawn, with a super choice of hot and cold buffet selections. Lunch is available from a light menu, whilst dinner guests can enjoy an a la carte menu with impeccable service. Many products used at the Villa Arcadio are grown in the hotel's own gardens.

LEISURE FACILITIES

Guests seeking even more relaxation will enjoy the Finnish sauna and a range of massage, beauty and Ayurveda treatments. The large freshwater infinity pool in the gardens will be welcome on hot days, with superb views from the pool down to the lake.
