The Grand Hotel Fasano was once the hunting lodge of the Austrian Imperial family. It is located on the west side of Lake Garda in Gardone Riviera set in substantial private parkland. T he hotel retains an air of opulence and elegance from its history which is now combined with very high levels of service.

ACCOMMODATION

The standard rooms (with bath or shower - due to be upgraded and renovated during winter 2010) or larger superior rooms all have a safe, mini-bar, air-conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer and balcony with panoramic lake views. Also available are the beautiful and spacious Deluxe Junior Suites and 2 bedroom Grand Suites – ideal for families. Located directly next to the main hotel is the Villa Principe which has 12 superior rooms, which do not have a balcony and not all rooms here have a direct lake view.

DINING

Dining options include the ‘Il Fagiano’ for buffet breakfast with show cooking, half board guests can also choose here from the table d’hôte or à la carte menus. The restaurant offers a combination of traditional Italian fare and nouvelle cuisine. Why not dine alfresco out on the terrace? The bar and restaurant ‘La Terrazza’ are open daily for lunch and afternoon snacks. After dinner relax in the cocktail bar and meet fellow guests whilst enjoying the nightly live music.

LEISURE FACILITIES & SPA

The hotel has a beautiful Aqua Spa covering over 1000 square metres. The spa includes an indoor pool, saunas, Jacuzzi and Turkish bath (all free to hotel guests). There are 5 treatment rooms with an extensive menu of treatments including facials, body wraps and massage. This truly is a beautiful spa quite unique in this area of Lake Garda.

Within the extensive exotic gardens you will find the hotel pool and the children’s pool and a small gym area for those who like to keep active.
