The Villa Cortine is in an enviable location on the top of a hill in the heart of the Peninsula of Sirmione.The hotel sits in 5 hectares of superbly maintained sloping parkland that descend down to the shores of Lake Garda, with gorgeous walks to enjoy the gardens to the full.

As you enter the grounds you will be immediately met by Neptune, an impressive water feature. Dating from 1870, the hotel has been carefully and considerately restored during the 70’s, retaining many of the original features including frescoes, marble and period furniture.

The hotel offers 40 very comfortable superior rooms, 8 larger deluxe rooms, 4 junior suites and 2 open plan suites most with lake view. Some superior rooms are on the 1st or 2nd floor with lovely park views. All rooms have air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, satellite flat screen TV, hairdryer and bathrobes and slippers. All rooms also have a bath and a separate shower in the bathroom and most rooms have a balcony.

Within the beautiful expansive gardens you will find the heated pool and the lido on the shores of the lake with plenty of sunbathing areas with sunbeds and umbrellas. Dining is a pleasure, during high season lunch is taken at the beach restaurant offering barbecued fish and meat. The main restaurant Le Garderie serves buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner are both a la carte. After dinner the intimate piano bar is the place to relax with live music several times a week.

For the more active the hotel has tennis courts and watersports are offered on the lake (weather permitting) and there is internet access in the lobby area free for guests.
