On the outskirts of a sleepy village, the recently refurbished Ta Cenc has for many years been a symbol of calm in a lovely rural setting.

ACCOMMODATION

There are just 83 rooms including twin/double bedded rooms, family rooms, beehive shaped trullo bungalows and suites. All rooms which have been refurbished, have cable TV, air-conditioning, hairdryer, tea & coffee facilities, and mini-bar. As the hotel is in a 150 acre estate with landscaped gardens, all bedrooms are on the ground floor – no high rise here!

LEISURE FACILITIES

There are tennis courts, a games room, two large swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a children’s pool and sun-bathing terraces. A courtesy bus operates to Victoria.

Sea bathing is possible from the rocks at the Kantra Beach Club (May to Sep). There is also a wellness centre with beauty salon and a massage room. An indoor/outdoor pool (heated in cooler months), a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and a gym add to guest facilities.

DINING

Breakfast in your room or buffet style in the restaurant. After dinner there is occasional live music in the cocktail bar and a TV lounge. A range of activities such as guided walks or boat excursions add interest to the day.
