Situated in a quiet unspoilt area of western Cyprus, just 2½ km from the fishing village of Latchi, Anassa looks across a beautiful beach to the Akamas Peninsula. It is the perfect location in a sloping garden setting, to relax and retreat from the rest of the world.

Beautiful and romantic rooms and suites

There are 177 rooms, including Studio Suites in the main house or Garden Studios with a seaview located in the fragrant gardens. Junior Suites with lounge area and one or two bedroom Suites with a separate lounge are found either in the main building or the gardens. These also have the added benefit of a hi-fi, some have a fireplace and others have a plunge pool (Suites also have a DVD player). Garden View twin rooms are occasionally available at a discount, please ask.

Private plunge pools or outdoor whirlpools on the terraces of some Suites or Presidential Suites, even a 2 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool provide the final luxurious touches. Most rooms can easily take one extra bed or a cot and the family studios can accommodate two extra beds.

Each of the tastefully furnished air-conditioned guest rooms has satellite TV, mini-bar, safe hairdryer and bathrobes. All rooms (except garden view twins) have a balcony or private terrace with spectacular views across the sea to the mountains.

A choice of restaurants

Dining options are varied with a choice of local and international cuisine. The casual Amphora serves an extensive buffet breakfast, à la carte lunch (seasonal) and themed buffet dinners. Helios is the main restaurant offering both table d’hôte and an à la carte menu.

The Basiliko gourmet restaurant is reached by a winding staircase and offers an à la carte menu (half board credit, €40) in a more intimate atmosphere. Clients on half board can dine in either Amphora or the Pelagos poolside restaurant or from the table d’hôte menu in Helios. Gala meals on 24 and 31 Dec are included in our prices.

The Rotunda Lounge leads to shady terraces and pergolas looking out over the undulating gardens to the sea. Afternoon tea with delicious cakes as well as drinks and cocktails are served here. There are two further lounges offering a more cosy environment to enjoy a pre-dinner drink whilst listening to the live music most nights.

Surrounding the two freshwater swimming pools (one heated) are large sun terraces. There is a lovely indoor pool, a gym, tennis and squash courts and an indoor exercise seawater pool.

The Anassa Spa is the perfect place to pamper yourself

The recently refurbished Thalassa Spa offers a range of treatments including massage and thalassotherapy using The Organic Pharmacy products. The aim is to provide guests with tailored therapies specific to their individual needs.

There is also a supervised children’s club in season and creche facilities from Easter 2008, please check details with us. Children’s meals and babysitting can be arranged and we offer excellent child discounts even in a second room.
