On the pretty waterfront of Porec old town. Formerly known as Hotel Neptun, the property underwent a vast refurbishment in 2010, resulting in a reduction in the number of rooms to increase the actual size of them together with improved restaurant areas, lifts and terraces. The result is a really chic hotel with a touch of luxury and decorated with something of a nautical theme.

All the sights and attractions of Porec are within an easy walk and guests are provided with complimentary boat tickets for the shuttle over to St Nikola Island for swimming and sunbathing.

105 rooms, air-conditioned with shower, hairdryer, flat screen satellite TV. Sea facing rooms have balcony but have not been enlarged, rear facing rooms do not have balconies but have large windows with views onto neighbouring buildings and are 30% larger than the sea facing rooms.

LIVING

There is a brand new restaurant serving breakfast and à la carte meals. Breakfast can also be enjoyed on the terrace and there is a bar.

Due to the central location of the hotel, the nearest beaches are on the island of St Nikola or in small coves under a ten minute walk from the hotel along the coastal path. The New Oliva Beach area on St Nikola is run by the hotel and offers sunbeds and cabanas. Valamar Riviera guests can also enjoy the entertainment programme at the Island Hotel Fortuna on St Nikola.
