The location is superb

Make no mistake, the location of this hotel is superb and there is something of the James Bond about it due to the ‘end of the world’ feeling looking right out to open sea, set into a wooded slope and with a panoramic lift to round it all off. Don’t be deterred by the 70s concrete exterior of this hotel, this is a popular hotel which gets booked up quickly.

It’s a large, spacious hotel with its own private pebble beach reached by the lift. Located on the Babin Kuk peninsula with bus service in front of the hotel to the old city in about 15 minutes.

ROOMS

180 air-conditioned rooms, well furnished and with satellite TV, mini-bar, internet access and a balcony or terrace with a seaview. We also offer superior rooms which have a spacious sitting area and a larger balcony. Bathrooms have bath or shower and hairdryer. The balcony areas are all well planted giving a ‘garden feel’.

New for 2012, we offer larger Romantic rooms which have seaview and big terrace/ balcony, large double bed with canopy, welcome bottle of chilled sparkling wine, sofa, DVD player, Champagne and chocolates in the mini-bar, special romantic “surprises”, upgraded bathroom toiletries, robes and slippers.

LIVING

There is a main restaurant and an open plan kitchen plus a beach restaurant, two bars, coffee shop, an indoor heated freshwater swimming pool, gym and a Wellness Centre offering a range of treatments and massages including those using mud. String quartets and singers perform occasionally during the evenings on the terraces.
