A stunning 4 star boutique hotel
Originally built in 1910 for aristocratic society, the hotel sits at the end of a promenade overlooking the small harbour, a few minutes’ walk from the centre of town. Completely rebuilt in 2009, this is a stunning boutique hotel and many original features have been retained. Big chandeliers, bold artwork and some Louis XV style furnishings, there’s a delightfully glamorous feel to the Palazzo.
ROOMS
74 beautifully appointed rooms and suites with air-conditioning, bath or shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, free Wi-fi and safe. All rooms are different, most have a seaview and larger superior and premium rooms can accommodate an extra person.
LIVING
The outdoor infinity pool makes you feel as if you are part of the Adriatic Sea with a glorious terrace with sunbeds and a pool bar that serves drinks and light meals. The à la carte Parenzo 1910 restaurant serves Istrian and international specialities, the Vienna cocktail bar has a long list of drinks and there is also the Café del Mar waterside café serving home-made cakes.
The spa offers a wide variety of treatments and massages including wine therapy. The central location means that shops, bars, restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance.
Swimming is not possible in front of the hotel due to the proximity of the harbour and the nearest beaches are either a ten minute walk away or on Sveti Nikola island, right opposite the hotel and five minutes away by regular boat.
