A much awaited 5 star luxury hotel

Monte Mulini opened in the summer of 2009 and is arguably one of the best hotels on the Adriatic. Designed with a bold architectural concept, using local and natural materials, there is a feeling of space and light throughout the hotel.

Located right by the shore and set in gardens with abundant Mediterranean greenery, this hotel oozes style and has become known for providing a highly personalised service. The slightly elevated position may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility although there are both steps and paths down to the waterfront. The hotel is accessible by vehicles at road level. The old town of Rovinj is a 20 minute stroll along the waterfront.

119 rooms, offering twin, double or suite accommodation. Premium and deluxe rooms are larger, all have a bath, shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, mini-bar, safe, flat screen satellite TV, Wi-fi and balcony, some with seaview. Beautifully decorated using luxurious fabrics.

LIVING

People are already talking about the Mediteraneo fine dining restaurant which offers a choice of menus and the Wine Vault à la carte restaurant is in a beautiful, rustic cellar setting where the wine list runs to some 400 international and national labels. The terrace bar is a fabulous place for a cocktail and there’s a swim-up pool bar.

From almost every spot in the hotel, there are wonderful views out to the sea. Four inter-connecting adult and children’s pools with sun terrace and sunbeds.

The Wellness Centre & Spa has an indoor pool with Turkish bath, massage and beauty therapies (including the Ceremony of Gold massage) plus a flotation room.
