Under the same ownership as the Hotel Milenij

Also centrally located, the hotel comprises four separate pastel coloured buildings each named after a local flower. All our rooms are located in Villa Camelia, the main building which is right on the seafront. There is usually an additional charge for main building rooms but this does not apply for our guests. A very stylish hotel with an open plan lobby and buzzing café-bar which attracts an international clientele.

ROOMS

228 spacious, air-conditioned twin, double and single rooms with bath, shower, hairdryer, mini-bar, satellite TV and safe. All rooms have a balcony and some have a seaview.

LIVING

The Camelia restaurant serves both buffet and à la carte meals featuring many local specialities with frequent show cooking displays. The bar has wonderful views over the Kvarner bay and is a great spot for a cocktail. Fruit basket in room on arrival.

The Romanesque Spa and Wellness Centre has a beautiful indoor pool with a retractable roof that enables it to be partly outside. A gym, several types of sauna and Turkish bath and a wide range of massage and beauty treatments.

There is a frequent bus service to Medveja beach (mentioned in Sunday Times Travel Magazine as one of the best beaches in Croatia) – journey time is 15 minutes passing through the pretty seaside resorts of Ika, Icici and Lovran. The beach at Medveja is very long, pristine, pebbly beach and is operated by Hemingway Bar of Opatija. There is a charge for sunbeds, and there’s a glitzy beach bar serving cocktails, drinks and meals in a chandeliered marquee.
