Located towards the easterly end of Opatija

The Ambasador is high rise with ten floors located right on the waterfront with direct access to the Lungo Mare. It is in a great position just a 20 minute walk to the pretty, fishing village of Volosko and two of Croatia’s top restaurants (Mandrac and Plavi Podrum). In the other direction, the centre of Opatija is just five minutes away.

Set in beautiful gardens with steps and paths down to the waterfront, the hotel has lots of space and big terraces for relaxing and watching sunsets. The hotel has been extensively refurbished, in stages, over recent years.

LIVING

The Five Elements Spa is superb and the theme here is water and it extends over two floors. The facilities are endless and include a spa relax zone with waterbeds and VIP facilities, some with seaviews, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with heated seawater, an indoor children’s pool, whirlpool, warm tropical rain showers, a wide range of treatments (including a number for men), rituals and Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, La Stone and Hawaiian massages to name a few.

There is a lovely bar terrace and private stone beach. From mid June to mid September there are many additional facilities including Pilates, yoga, dance lessons and evening entertainment.
