The 94 room hotel is well located for the fabulous Maspalomas beach and dunes five minutes away and yet, set in its own palm grove, it has a feeling of seclusion. As you enter the charming and elegant lobby lounge area you immediately feel the calm atmosphere.

ACCOMMODATION

Built villa style around the pool, each room has a Spanish colonial flavour. Accommodation is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, Wi-fi, mini-bar, tea/coffee making facilities, free safe, air-conditioning, bathrobes, slippers and of course a hairdryer.

Twin/Double categories are inland view rooms (Type A), garden or dune side view (Type B) or pool view rooms (Type C). Junior Suites have pool or garden or dune side views and are larger with a sitting area and walk-in shower and whirlpool bath, whilst the Master Suites have a separate lounge and bedroom. Junior Suites and Master Suites also have an Espresso machine and upgraded bathroom amenities. Every room has a terrace or balcony in this low rise property. Specific views are on request only.

DINING

Breakfast here is buffet style and is served in the restaurant or on the terrace until 11 am. À la carte snacks are available from the pool bar. Dinner is buffet twice a week and a different four or five course menu is available five nights a week. À la carte is also available. Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket for dinner.

LEISURE FACILITIES & SPA

As well as its calm, elegant atmosphere, the other main feature of the Residencia is its excellent Wellness Centre. Under professional supervision there are some fabulous treatments including Rasul and Cleopatra baths, a Turkish steam bath, a gym, a heated (30°C) salt water pool, hairdresser and more. The Residencia has a lovely heated freshwater swimming pool, boutiques, free internet access and room service whilst the dining and sports facilities of neighbouring Palm Beach complete the facilities on offer.
