The Piazetta houses a boutique and the Portuguese Adega. Within the large grounds guests will find 2 outdoor pools and 2 children’s pools suitable for toddlers. Activities for everyone from tennis, to golf and water-sports

The sporty guest is well catered for with 5 astro turf tennis courts, tuition available, an 18 hole putting green, driving range and a 9 hole pitch and putt course as well as an 18 hole mini golf. A PGA qualified golf professional is on hand to give tuition. Guests have reduced green fees at most of the Algarve golf courses.  There is direct access to a public beach with free sunbeds, umbrellas and towels Jun – Sept.  Windsurfing, pedaloes and other water-sports are available on the beach of Armação de Pêra (June - September) 2kms away by courtesy bus.

The children’s adventure playground and entertainment programme Annabellas Kids Park will take 4-11 year olds. This will ensure the young ones are happy too. Operation dates usually coincide with school holidays please let us check this for your dates.  Natalie’s Creche for 6 months to 3 years is available and pre-booking is essential as places are limited and baby sitting can also be arranged.

There is such a wide choice of rooms and locations that we have listed them below, to make choosing easier. Each room has satellite TV, CD player, safe, mini-bar, and air-conditioning. They are spacious and well furnished. Most have garden or seaview through the gardens.

The main building houses Standard rooms which have twin beds (pushed together) and a sitting area. There are suites with separate sitting rooms in the main building as well as four Junior Suites with garden view.

The Residence which offers a little more seclusion also has standard rooms, as well as 2 Junior Suites with garden view, a Grand suite with a separate sitting room and 2 duplex suites.

The Oasis Parc offers ground floor Junior Suites for up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 12yrs) in an open plan sitting room and bedroom. First floor Family Suites seaview are like the Junior Suites but have an extra bedroom and can take up to 5 guests.

The Vista Parc (7 minutes’ walk from reception) offers Apartments with 2 or 4 bedrooms, again ideal for up to 5 guests and more...

There are two villas on the property with separate pools, and these comprise of Grand, Junior and Presidential Suites, not appropriate for families. Other accommodations will be advised.
