Online Booking Notes and Advice

Before starting the booking process you may find it helpful to have your insurance details to hand, but don't worry if you haven't as you can always advise us later.

You may find it easier to register online before starting the booking enquiry - you can do that by going straight to "My Account"

If at anytime during the process, but particularly before confirming the booking, you are unsure or have a request that is critical to confirming - for example an interconnecting room for your children - do please contact us rather than confirming seats that we may not be able to cancel for you.

The internet could never really "replace" our excellent team with their knowledge and experience, so if you would prefer, you can contact them via our  booking enquiry or by calling 01425 480400.

We cannot automate everything so for seats together or extra leg room on flights we have given you the option to request them.  We will book them, subject to availability, after you have made your booking online and will then advise you of the additional costs where applicable.  The same applies to airline meals.

If you would like us to review your enquiry before making it a booking then either call us with the P number or click on the Booking Enquiry form at the top of the page and add your comments or request to the form.  We will then review your booking to see if any additional offers apply that may enable us to reduce your holiday cost.

This is a live booking site with links to other airlines, once you have added names and entered your payment details the seats will be booked with the airline. Again if in doubt you can always contact us at any time during the booking process.

Child seats in some destinations are compulsory in transfers and car hire and some do carry a small charge,.  We will arrange these for you and advise you of the costs.

We remind you to take care when allocating your party in the hotel rooms as incorrect allocation could result in additional charges later.
