The first Hilton property in Portugal - Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa opened in July 2007.

The Hotel is set between the Pinhal Golf and Old Course, with a modern design and chic contemporary lines.

ACCOMMODATION

The wide range of accommodation includes Hilton Guest rooms that overlook the golf course or Vilamoura, Deluxe rooms offer garden and pool views. The Deluxe Plus rooms are larger with an open plan living area and the Junior Suites offer a separate bedroom and living area, both with views of the golf course, gardens or pools.

As standard, you will find air-conditioning, bath and separate shower, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, TV with pay movies, mini-bar, free safe, tea and coffee facilities and spacious balcony or terrace. Apartments are either one or two bedrooms and have fully equipped kitchen and en-suite for each bedroom, plus spacious sitting room/diner.

DINING

The choice for dining is excellent here, Moscada is the main restaurant which serves the famous Hilton breakfast and buffet dinner, Cilantro serves traditional Portuguese and inventive Latin American food, Aquarella near the main pool waterfalls serves à la carte lunch and dinner Jul - Sep. Some restaurants may close at quieter times. There are also two bars, including the Rubi Bar with live music most nights serving pre and post dinner cocktails.

LEISURE FACILITIES & SPA

As well as the range of outdoor pools (one covered and heated), the Hilton provide a shuttle service between Jun – Sep to the As Cascatas Beach Club, a few minutes ride away at Falesia Beach, where sunbeds, umbrellas and towels are free for hotel guests and a bar service offers refreshments and snacks. For keen golfers the hotel can arrange instruction at the nearby Pinhal course, or the resident professional can offer analysis and tuition from the golf simulator centre at the hotel. 2 free tennis courts are also available for guests.

Soothe your senses and de-clutter your mind in the tranquil atmosphere of the 7 Spa where a wide range of treatments are available. A fully equipped gym, steam rooms, circuit pools and experience showers are available for guests use at a charge. Why not have dinner at Vilamoura marina, a complimentary shuttle operates from 7pm until 9pm.

FAMILIES

Children (4-12 years old) will be spoilt at the Paradise Island Kids Village (payable), an excellent children’s village which is professionally supervised so younger guests can enjoy indoor games and slides, a pool, their own restaurant and lots more. We have all the details and can confirm dates of operation for you. Baby-sitting (6 months to 2 years) is also pre-bookable.
