The hotel features a private beach and a magnificent shallow waterfront area – perfect for swimming, snorkeling and watersports. At low tide, guests may walk out 250 yards to the coral reefs, in waist deep water, very safe for children.

ACCOMMODATION

Pompano has four room types: Lower Snapper Suites with a separate sitting room and partial ocean views; Superior rooms have a sitting area and panoramic ocean views; one Bedroom Suite with a separate sitting room and panoramic ocean views, and Deluxe rooms located on the waterfront have superb ocean views and larger bathrooms and a larger patio or balcony. All accommodation has air-conditioning, safe, hairdryer, robes, fridge, iron and board, king-size bed (twins on request), coffee maker, cable TV and terrace or balcony.

DINING

The ocean-front ‘Cedar Room’ restaurant is highly regarded for its gourmet cuisine and friendly staff. The bistro style “Ocean Grill” for dinner has a spectacular setting with floor to ceiling windows. Snacks can also be enjoyed in the renovated Coral Reef Café with alfresco
dining on the terrace.

LEISURE FACILITIES

Facilities include an ocean-front heated swimming pool, a shallow mini pool, three outdoor Jacuzzis with wonderful views, a fitness centre with ocean views, a small spa with massage and body treatments, terraced gardens, clay tennis court, English style cocktail lounge with entertainment (in season), poolside bar, beach bar and watersports available May to early October. Free internet access is in the lobby, rooms and some other areas of the hotel.

Tee times at Port Royal can be reserved when booking your holiday and the hotel will assist with other courses too. We have more information available, do please ask. Pompano offers a free shuttle to the ferry at Rockaway, Robinson’s Marina, the Port Royal golf course and the nearby bus stops.
