An exciting and unusual deluxe hotel

This resort is an exciting and unusual property in attractive landscaped sloping grounds. Standing by a lovely beach there are 356 gorgeous guest rooms including 46 Suites in 20 Canarian style ‘houses’ and 40 private villas with pool. They are decorated in pastel shades around the pools and gardens, in a village atmosphere.

LEISURE FACILITIES

The main lobby area contains reception, the piano bar, coffee lounge, beauty salon and the Club House is the centre for guest information and also offers a dining and golf reservation service. Sports facilities include pitch and putt, tennis, squash, free fitness centre and jogging,
whilst the beach area offers watersports. ‘Café Bahia’ on the beach offers a snack service. Sunbeds are free of charge except on the beach where a small fee is payable. The delightful gardens have five swimming pools (two heated) which descend in tiers towards the sea.

As you pass one of the nine restaurants you will come across pretty little seating areas or the replica Bell tower, and other attractions that go to create this unique hotel. Wi-fi available in reception.

SPA

The hotel has added a beautiful extensive ESPA Spa which offers a full compliment of wellness therapies, treatments and expert guidance. The spa includes Thalassotherapy, a garden café restaurant, spa suites, hairdresser and gym. A truly wonderful addition.

DINING

Service excels at this lovely property and dining is a delight with Spanish, Canarian, South American, Italian, French, Asian and International cuisine to choose from and no less than seven bars. Guests on half board can dine in all of the hotel’s restaurants from the table d’hôte menu. Reservations are required.

ACCOMMODATION

The lovely guest rooms have a balcony or a terrace, satellite TV, air-conditioning and mini-bar are standard. Most have a seaview. Fruit and sparkling wine will be in all Prestige Holidays guests rooms on arrival with our compliments. Casas Ducales offers a different style of each room category.

Bahia del Duque as we have said has 20 ‘houses’. Sixteen of these are located around the main pools and restaurants and have the lovely standard rooms, many with seaviews, suites, junior suites and family suites. Casas Ducales is a more luxurious VIP area of the hotel and occupies four ‘houses’ with a separate check-in facility and breakfast service, flexible check-out time, butler service, lobby bar and lounge. All categories are available here at a higher supplement.

VILLAS

The ultimate in luxury and privacy are the 40 independent one bedroom (on one or two floors) and two bedroom villas all with a private plunge pool and small garden with a butler service. These exclusive villas are the height of luxury and have a more modern design with separate lounge, kitchenette and fabulous bathroom. The villa area also offers a separate bar, breakfast lounge, restaurant, pool and reception for villa guests.

FAMILIES

The hotel has a children’s pool, play area, children’s restaurant and mini-club for four to twelve year olds. A new Teenagers Club with Playstation and Wii. Excellent discounts for children under 13 years when sharing with two adults and good discounts for children in their
own room (excluding Nee Year & Easter).
