Hidden behind large wooden doors is this charming Riad

Located in the Medina, in Marrakech, close to Djemma el Fna Square and the Badii Palace, behind large wooden doors, is this lovely Riad is full of charm.

Once a family home dating back to 1860 three years of renovations have turned Riad Kaiss into a delightful guest house. 

On entering the Riad you will discover an oasis of calm, a flower courtyard with fountains and candles welcomes you, this is a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The 9 rooms are all different and beautifully furnished in a Moroccan style.  Rooms are set around the flower courtyard or on one of the very pretty roof terraces.

A small but very charming property

Standard rooms are on the first floor overlooking the small garden, larger superior rooms, one has a balcony, all have beautiful bathrooms with very ornate fittings, though some have a shower rather than a bath. There are also 2 Suites one with a large terrace on the top floor.  All accommodations have air-conditioning, free safe and a hairdryer.

Up on the roof terrace is where you will also find the unheated pool with sunbeds.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the small dining room, on the roof terrace or in the small seating areas around the courtyard.

A lounge with fireplace, a library, a small gym and a hammam, complete the facilities on offer at this little Raid. There is internet access here too.

This is a truly lovely “Maison de Charme” in the heart of the Medina.
