An enviable location on a peninsular in St Julian’s

The Westin Dragonara Resort boasts one of the most enviable locations on the Island. The Westin Dragonara offers 340 spacious St Georges Bay view or Deluxe full or partial sea view rooms, each has a balcony, air-conditioning, cable TV, iron and board, safe, mini-bar and all feature the Westin ‘Heavenly Beds’. Tower rooms have a much larger balcony. Executive Club guests can enjoy rooms on the executive floor with a separate breakfast lounge, complimentary evening cocktails and upgraded amenities. Check-in is at 3pm whilst checkout is noon.

The super luxury Bay Suites on the water’s edge are apartment style. They have one or two bedrooms, a large living room with a double sofa bed, dining area and concealable kitchenette equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD/CD player with surround sound. A Jacuzzi bath, a guest shower room and a large balcony make these ideal for families or a couple.

The whole family is welcome here. Restaurants and bars range from the main family Terrace restaurant for breakfast, lunch and half board dinner to Quadro, which specialises in fish and Palios which offers fine Mediterranean informal dining. Gala meals 24 and 31 Dec included. The New Year’s Eve dinner is not suitable for children though. The lobby lounge bar is available on a daily basis offering free Wi-fi connection.

The Westin Dragonara Resort offers flexible accommodation arrangements for families – excellent value!

Twin rooms are generous in size with 2 double beds and 2 children under 13 years old can share with parents and will be accommodated free on bed & breakfast. Children up to 12 years can also eat free in the main restaurant on the same pre-booked meal plan as parents. If children dine in any of the other restaurants they will receive a discount.

Junior Suites are another option giving more room with a sitting area. Junior Suites vary in size and layout. But for more privacy a second twin room can be booked for 2 or more children under 12 years at a very good reduction.

The Westin Kid’s Club, 2-12 year olds enjoy drawing items, a kid’s club cap, a programme of activities and supervision in the children’s club. Games room with Play Stations, play area and lots more. Please let us check dates of operation for you.

The leisure facilities are extensive with two beach lidos, a Health and Fitness centre, and an internationally recognised beauty centre offering a range of treatments.  During the summer the waters edge Reef Club will host most of the family entertainment. The two pools are now for the exclusive use of hotel guests.

Burn off surplus energy in the indoor pool, or enjoy a game of tennis, or visit the diving school with PADI qualified instructors. Too energetic? Why not stroll around the selection of shops in the resort?
