This small rural hotel in Arucas is a real find

Its full name is La Hacienda del Buen Suceso and this hotel is a great success for our more independent travellers who want to get away from it all.

Set in the middle of a working banana plantation this very charming 18th century property has been carefully and sympathetically restored by its owner, the Marquis of Arucas.

Offering just 18 rooms, 5 of which are Junior Suites, La Hacienda has all the modern comforts but with local furniture and original features retained.

Each of the twin rooms (1 double) have TV, bathrobes, hairdryer, mini-bar, free safes, pool towels and very sweet bathrooms. The high ceilings keep rooms cool whilst the shutters at the windows add a cosy feeling. Some twin rooms have an upper level with sitting area whilst the Junior Suites are also on two levels and can accommodate an extra bed.

La Hacienda has a sweet restaurant (which is also open to the public) for breakfast, light lunch or for dinner, there is a daily changing table d’hôte menu. Please note: on occasions the restaurant does cater for weddings. Festive meals on 24 and 31 Dec are included in our prices.

The lovely terrace here is ideal spot to perhaps read a book with a drink or the pool terrace overlooks the banana trees and has a small freshwater pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The jacuzzi, steam room, small gym and a lovely lounge ensure you to have a relaxing holiday. Restaurants and shops are in Arucas village, a short drive away.

To derive the most from the area we think a hire car is a must 

We believe a car is essential here to derive the most enjoyment from exploring the island, so we have included a Group B hire car from the airport.  Please note our representative does not visit this hotel but is only a phone call away.
