A luxury, spacious hotel with plenty on offer in Praia da Falesia

The wide range of accommodation includes rooms, suites and townhouses

Each of the stylish rooms and suites have a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, internet access, safe and mini-bar. Deluxe rooms have sea, garden or inland views (some inland rooms overlook the car park). Grand Deluxe rooms have a sitting area, whilst Junior Suites and Suites have a separate sitting room.

The Sheraton Golf Suites are lovely

There are 78 delightful  “Golf Suites”, within the extensive grounds of the Sheraton Algarve offering 2 or 3 bedroom apartment-style luxury accommodation with the added benefit of five star hotel facilities (including room service) and are ideal for families. These super fully air-conditioned Suites have a sitting room with a dining area and a breakfast bar separating the kitchen which has all that you may need including a washing machine, particularly useful if you have young children. Satellite TV in each bedroom and in the lounge, a terrace with views of the gardens or the hotel golf course complete this super bright, modern accommodation.

We are also able to offer the 2 or 3 bedroom Sheraton Townhouses within the grounds. These are with kitchen, lounge, dining area and terrace plus the full facilities of the hotel. Please note that they have open steps and staircases. For more details do please ask us.

The latest accommodation to be added at Sheraton Algarve are the Pine Cliffs Residence, luxurious 2 or 3 bedroomed apartments with fully equipped kitchenette including a washing machine and microwave located around the golf course and surrounded by pine forests (15 minutes walk from the main hotel).

Prices are readily available and are offered on a room only basis. All meals are at a supplement.

The choice for dining is excellent

Eating here is a pleasure. The Jardim Colonial (half board) is open for breakfast and dinner, the Corda-Café is a relaxed spot for light meals and the Pescador specialises in sea food, the Aldar serves a Moroccan menu or the Il Gardino offers Italian cuisine. The Porto Alegre Creperie is a good light alternative (all seasonal). After dinner, the Miradoro bar or the new Portulano Bar with live music may appeal. The New Year gala dinner is payable locally.

Putt and Play

The Sheraton Golf Academy provides instruction on the hotel course and in the school. The 9 hole par 3 Pine Cliffs golf course has been designed to incorporate the woods and the cliff top. A driving range and putting green are also available.The health club houses an indoor heated pool for cooler days in winter, whilst the outdoor pool and the white sand beach are a must in summer.

The Children’s Club at the Sheraton is very popular

Children will be spoilt at the Porto Pirata, an excellent children’s village open Christmas, New Year and from Easter to October. Children from 3 to 8 year olds will be professionally supervised whilst enjoying games mini-golf, a pool, their own restaurant and lots more. We have all the details – a whole day including lunch costs about €40. Babysitting (6 months to 2 years) is also pre-bookable.
